1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using VitalRx (vitalrx.io), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our services. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and VitalRx.

2. Service Description

VitalRx is a telehealth platform that connects patients with licensed physicians for consultation and, when medically appropriate, prescription of compounded peptide therapies and related treatments. Our services include:

• Asynchronous telehealth consultations with licensed physicians
• Physician-prescribed compounded medications
• Pharmacy fulfillment through licensed 503A compounding pharmacies
• Educational health content and protocol guides

VitalRx does not replace your primary care physician. Our services are supplemental and specific to the treatment categories we offer.

3. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years of age
• You must be located in a state where VitalRx services are available (currently 32 states and D.C.)
• You must provide accurate and complete health information
• You must not use our services if prohibited by your healthcare provider

4. Medical Disclaimers

Peptide therapies prescribed through VitalRx are compounded medications prescribed off-label by licensed physicians. These treatments are not FDA-approved for all indications discussed on our website. Results may vary.

A prescription is not guaranteed. Our physicians will evaluate your health profile and medical history, and will only prescribe treatment if it is deemed medically appropriate for your individual situation.

5. Your Responsibilities

• Provide truthful, accurate, and complete health information
• Disclose all current medications, supplements, and medical conditions
• Follow prescribed dosage instructions and administration guidelines
• Report any adverse reactions promptly to your prescribing physician
• Do not share, sell, or redistribute prescribed medications
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials

6. Pricing, Payment, and Refunds

All prices displayed on our website are in US dollars. Pricing includes the cost of the consultation, compounded medication, and shipping unless otherwise noted.

No subscription is required. You are not obligated to make recurring purchases. Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Compounded medications cannot be returned once shipped due to health and safety regulations.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on vitalrx.io — including text, graphics, logos, images, protocol guides, and educational materials — is the property of VitalRx and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VitalRx and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to VitalRx in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of South Carolina, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in South Carolina.

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on our website at least 30 days before taking effect. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
